Is insurance required to live at The Connection Huntsville?

What do you mean by individual leases or by the bed?

At The Connection Huntsville, we lease by the bedroom. In an individual lease, you are only responsible for the payment of your bedroom space. All roommates will split shared utilities and be responsible jointly for the common areas.

We have a term lease that begins on a specific date and ends on a specific date for one fee. This fee is divided into 12 equal installments for your convenience.

What is the move-in process and what do I need to do?

Prior to your move-in day:

Make sure all of your lease documents are signed
Make sure your installment and other monies due are paid in advance, we do not accept payments in the office.
If you did not sign up for our property damage liability waiver (PDLW) you will have to submit your personal insurance in advance of moving in.
